Great name, Little Miss SEO! I agree, this condo is simply gorgeous, divine, awesome and priced the same as the last 2 that sold. By the way, those last 2 did not have a $75k decked out remodel going on, which makes this one of the best deals on the market. It is certainly the best looking one out there.
